Meet Patti

Patti Chesney has enjoyed watching Austin grow since her first days at The University of Texas! After graduation, she worked as a civil engineer with developers of Austin’s early subdivisions and started investing in Austin real estate. While her family grew, she worked as an educator, experienced life in many of Austin’s communities, and met many wonderful people!

Just like those early days in Austin, she continues to be passionate about anything involving community development and home construction. Over the years, Patti has had the good fortune to consult with many friends and family on their home projects. She especially enjoys helping people maximize their living space and finding the potential in a home.

In 2007, she obtained her Realtor®'s license to officially help people find homes, as their housing needs changed. She enjoys her association with Molly Austin, who has been a friend, neighbor, and mentor in the real estate business for many years. Whether working with buyer or seller clients, she listens and uses a systematic problem-solving approach to guide them to a solution that maximizes their goals.
